In the beginning was the "Shadow"...
Then, the idea for all SHOC bikers to meet at the same time and place was born. The year was 2006 and it was our first meeting. That meeting proved that "Shadowmaniacs" are unique people and it is no accident that they ride this particular motorbike...
And so, in 2006, "Shadow Owners Club Polska" was established and became a member of the global SHOC family.
In 2007, the first SHADOWISKO (SHADOWFEST) took place, with our white and red colors and the winged motorbike logo.
And so it began...

SHOC itself dates back to 1990. Why "SHOC"?
The abbreviation should be "SOC" - "Shadow Owners Club", but there was already a "Suzuki Owners Club". There were also "Honda Owners Clubs" but they covered a much wider scope. That is why SHOC was chosen. The logo was designed by Thor Ingason, a traveler, biker and webmaster from Iceland. The idea behind it is a combination of eagle?s wings from a parachutist badge with the motorbike silhouette inside an oval.

Unfortunately, Thor Ingason switched to a different bike. SHOC went on hiatus until late 1990's, when new clubs appeared.

The idea behind the Polish SHOC logo is simple. Polish national colors go very well with the SHOC logo, with Eagle's wings next to the motorbike (The eagle is our national emblem).

In 2011, our association was registered officially. The annual events under the winged motorbike logo attract more and more female and male bikers, who believe that friendship, camaraderie, good fun and the time spent together riding (and a pint...) are all worth traveling even hundreds of kilometers.

If you ever see this patch, you can be sure it is worn by someone interested in the union of all Shadow Owners...
So please, stop and say 'Hello'
